GIRLS' FOR WILDLIFE

With most schools being closed and parents left without jobs, most girls were left in desperate need for sanitary pads and vulnerable to exploitation from older men.
With your support we have been able to reach out to hundreds of girls and women providing them with much needed sanitary pads. Because of you they are able to have their period safely, in hygiene and with dignity. As a way of thanking their supporters, the girls have been planting trees (both indigenous and fruit) in their schools and compounds.
This has fostered a responsibility toward the environment, increasing green cover, will provide nutritious fruit for both children and birds and help us fight climate change - it’s a win-win-win all the way!
